As computer scientist I have more than 20 years’ experience with software development and project delivery with agile teams. Most recently with cloud technologies as Azure, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Terraform, DevOps, CI/CD, API’s and micro services. Moreover, I have many years of experience in finance within, payments, business intelligence, data analytics and self-service personal and corporate banking.
I understand the entire technology stack from the architecture, design and engineering of software components to how they form the product. I believe in team collaboration with engineers, architects, businesspeople and vendors. As a person I lead the way, and is a team-player, as success in any business in my opinion depend on a collaborative team-effort from many contributors across and outside the organisation. Furthermore, I am visionary, innovative, humorous and creative in finding solutions to challenges.
I am a strong communicator, and like to communicate in images, analogies and metaphors, which in my experience contributes well to communicate a message efficiently.
As an example, I have led a major system-transition from a legacy architecture into a cloud-based architecture, while ensuring critical daily operations 24/7.
